Motion Index Drives TMF2000 fully programmable trunnion index drive was custom built and modified to fit our customer’s application. The Rotary Index Table was mounted in a trunnion position to precisely rotate a tooling frame in order for a robot to work on specific areas. The Rotary Index Drive has a self-aligning and over-sized bearing to support all of the loading as well as zero backlash flexible couplings between the index drive and frame. The index drive was assembled with our standard slip ring mounted to the trunnion.
Motion Index Drives offers the RT Series Trunnion Index Drives and TMF Servo trunnions that are available in a fixed number of stations or as a flexible trunnion with a servo motor or standard AC brake motor with encoder.
